Adriana teaches women from teenagers to their seventies in a relaxed, supportive & fun atmosphere. She has over 20years experience, 15 years teaching in Hobart, & is recommended by osteopaths, doctors, physiotherapists & others for her attention to teaching with a  safe dance perspective. Her classes attract women from all walks of life & she has seen many interesting friendships form over the years between women who may otherwise never have met - yet another bonus from this wonderful dance form!

Even those who say they have two left feet leave class feeling they have achieved something & had lots of FUN doing so. All you need is a hip scarf  & a sense of  humour.

(Adriana has scarves for sale at reasonable prices)

 

What to wear - comfy clothing such as gym pants & singlet, t-shirt, etc.

A hip scarf is useful as it defines your hips & gives you a sense of movement.

You may wish to wear jiffies or dance shoes but generally we dance with bare feet.
